Alexander Shearer (A.K.A) Fresco Don is an American rapper born on March 10th 2002 and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. Throughout the course of Fresco’s musical career, He has won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life. Performing at a variety of venues, making dozens of appearances, all the while recording new singles, Fresco Don has earned the admiration and affection of countless fans, serving as both inspiration and role model. He makes music based of emotions and situations that happened and are currently happening in his life. 

For those who don’t know, Fresco grew up in Portmore, Jamaica but now currently lives in Florida and attends Dillard High School. If you listen to some of his music, you will realize that he mentions “Dillard CMG” quite a few times. Dillard CMG is a music program at the school he attends and is ran by Mr. Charles and has “The Best Teacher In The World” Mr. Jones. He says it has helped him a lot and also helps a lot of other young artists like himself. They have a business class that teaches them about the business aspect of music and what to expect from the music industry. There is a lot in store for Fresco and with his unique style of rapping, being able to do both Hip/ Hop and Dancehall, the young artist will go extremely far in the future and will surely continue to grow with his talent. Fresco started off playing instruments like the guitar, piano, clarinet and the trumpet before transitioning into rap. 

Some of his favorite artists at the time were; Eminem, Busta Rhymes, Lil Wayne and T.I. Currently his favorite artists are, G herbo, Meek Mill, Don Q, Young M.A, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Lil Tecca. He officially started rapping at 13 but never got into the studio until 15 where he recorded his first ever song “Made It” back in 2017. During that gap, he recorded “freestyles” using his phone on the app garage band. Fresco eventually started using his laptop to record his songs on “audacity” and that helped him get better with his recording process. Fresco is currently 17 and making major moves in the music industry. With his New Unreleased song “No Games”, he will definitely be doing numbers.
