Client Operations Manager
Lifoti Magazine is seeking a motivated individual to join the advertising sales team and assist the sales efforts to grow our online directories business.
We have a culture of excellence from the products we produce to the people we hire, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who is ambitious, organized, self-motivated and self-directed. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, have robust knowledge of digital advertising/functionality and be able to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Client Operations Manager for Lifoti Online Directories your responsibilities will include – but are not limited to – the following:
– Work with the directories sales manager to assist in day-to-day fulfillment of advertising campaigns. Clients are primarily in the legal and medical fields.
– Updates and maintenance to all Online Directory (ONDR) profiles daily.
– Optimizations of ONDR profiles and running them through Clearscope, our SEO tool.
– ONDR artwork collection & management.
– Communicate creative requirements/ad standards with the client while maintaining positive relationships.
– Daily assistance to any client need – including active advertisers and prospects.
– Example of client needs include: reporting, links, magazine copies, pricing information, contracts, visual examples, credit card form, etc.
– Monitoring performance of ONDR profiles through Google Analytics.
– ONDR reporting, including pulling analytics and design
– Monitoring and implementing Google Ad Words.
– ONDR monthly mailers and client touches.
– Internal organization, including updates to ONDR promotional materials, sales letters, and preparation of presentations.
– Keep database of clients up to date for sales and accounting through our CRM.
– Lead tracking and competitive research.

Advertising Sales Executive
Lifoti Magazine is seeking a motivated Advertising Executive to join the advertising sales team and grow new business across the print, digital and event sponsorship channels.
As an advertising sales executive your responsibilities will include – but are not limited to – the following:
– Creating and presenting clients with customized, multi-platform marketing plans including print, digital and event sponsorship solutions
– Identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships using a consultative approach
– Cold calling, prospecting and retaining new advertisers
– Achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
– Must have experience working with a digital database
– Attend industry networking events to prospect future clients
Traits for success:
– Must have 5 years of direct sales experience.
– Must possess strong presentation skills, both verbal and written
– Must be an organized, self-starter, motivated toward success
– Must be a high energy, results oriented, enthusiastic team player
– Must exude self-confidence and have a positive outlook towards situations and people
– Must be able to understand marketing objectives for numerous types of businesses and how to provide optimal solutions
