Jacob Banks arrives with his studio debut.

Nigerian-born, British-bred singer Jacob Banks has delivered on his official studio debut with Village. The new project is the follow-up to the group of EPs that propelled the crooner into the spotlight. Drawing inspiration from the phrase "it takes a village," Banks explains to Clash Magazine that Village “embodies the human experience, what it means to be human and so many things. My album celebrates all the weird parts and wonderful parts of us.”

Outfitted with 14 tracks total, Village features three additional voices from Bibi Bourelly ("Kumbaya"), NANA ("Grown Up"), and Seinabo Sey ("Be Good to Me"). In conjunction with the arrival of the album, Jacob Banks has also announced his first headlining tour in North America where he is set to bless crowds in cities that include Portland, Dallas, Atlanta, Montreal, and Chicago. The trek kicks off in January and will come to a close in March of 2019.
