Dallin McKay: ONE Artist, ALL Genres

FLASHBACK 10 years ago, 12 year old Dallin McKay began making videos of himself playing the piano and put them up on YouTube every time that he taught himself a new song. FLASH FORWARD 5 years, he went on a Foreign Exchange to Mexico and wrote a song in Spanish about how he fell in love with Mexico and the people there. 2 years later his vocal Coach put him and 4 other students together to form a Boyband called Mile High Drive, who stayed together for a year and are all still great friends.  Now, at age 21, Dallin has recorded over 20 original songs professionally and just recently received his own VEVO channel on YouTube with his newest song "Time & Place". Looking back he says,  "I had no idea that all of this would lead me to pursuing a full-time career in music. All of those hours spent learning new songs on the piano and making videos for YouTube, it was always just for fun, I never thought any of it would wind up benefiting anyone else".
Throughout his whole life his style has always stayed the same, he always had the Pop Singer/Songwriter vibe that we see in a lot of music today in artists like Shawn Mendes and Ed Sheeran. "I actually hated most genres of music, especially Country and Rap, I normally threw them in the same category and mashed their names together to make a new category that I called 'Crap'. Then one day my brother introduced me to REALLY GOOD Country music, and I realized that I was missing out on so much just because I never really gave Country or Rap a chance." Ever since then he decided to help everyone find the same love that he had for EVERY Genre, and that he didn't want to be just a "Pop Artist" or just a "Country Artist, but that he wanted to make GOOD music of ALL genres.
He was featured in recently released Lifoti's June 2019 influencer issue, you can check it from below link's for your country:
