 It was five years ago that we got Justine Skye's debut Everyday Living EP. It was a simpler time back then, when she was most known for her cover videos and photoshoots with her fashionable Tumblr-famous crew in New York City.  But, growth is a beautiful thing and her debut studio album ULTRAVIOLET is testament to the fact.

Outfitted in 10 tracks total, you'll find appearances from the likes of Jeremih, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and Wizkid. It's a refreshing offering for R&B lovers and beyond, and signals a new age for the Roc Nation songstress

"It’s like the theme of my life," she says of the album's title. "There’s different shades of purple, and ultraviolet, I feel, is the most vibrant and most powerful, and it’s the highest frequency. It also has made me more confident, because I know the color purple makes me feel more comfortable. This specific shade of purple just exudes a level of extreme confidence, letting me know that I got this.
