Michael Christmas has been on our radar for a minute. Since the carefree days of "Michael Cera," the Fool's Gold rapper has risen up the draft charts, evolving from a self-deprecating yet lovable slacker to a well-rounded and silver-tongued artist. The rapper took to Instagram to add context to his latest project, essentially dedicating it to his father. In a sweet and endearing homage, Christmas writes about his father's influence on him. " He's my biggest role model in the world. He's a piece of shit superhero. He's an uneducated genius. I've never seen anyone make people fall in love with their character the way my dad always has," says Christmas. "I've always tried to be that. He's me but better looking without the awkwardness and constant discomfort in the real world lol."
