Bladee delivers a whimsical and vulnerable journey on "Red Light."

 If you're a Yung Lean fan, chances are you've heard of Stockholm-based artist Bladee. The Drain Gang rapper has come through with his second studio album Red Light, which features fourteen tracks of autotune-tinged melodies and whimsical production. With a vibe reminiscent of frequent collaborator Yung Lean's Stranger, Bladee seems comfortable in the clouds, frolicking over twinkling synths and atmospheric arrangements. Lyrically, he's certainly capable; while not as poetic as Lean, he's still capable of painting a discernible picture.

Off the jump, "Fake News" feels like an early highlight, with an accessible melodic line and topical title. "I walk until my heels bleed tryna find you

They tell me I shouldn't worry but it's fake news," sings a vulnerable Bladee. "You're acting so cold to me but it burns too, I am not myself so don't take it personal."
