 JayDaYoungan, an up-and-coming rapper from Louisiana, is making his voice heard this week with the release of his debut album. Although we're living through a serious period of social unrest, JayDaYoungan is making sure to celebrate his personal successes. He welcomed the arrival of his first-born child this week and he also dropped his debut album, titled Baby23.
