What do you do when the spark is gone? Tim Prottey-Jones releases brand new single ‘Fire’

Release Date: Friday 23rd July
For Fans of: Lady A, NeedtoBreathe & Lee Brice

As founding member of the Decca/Universal UK recording artists ‘The Wandering Hearts’, Tim Prottey-Jones has gained a wealth of opportunity and experience that has laid a concrete foundation for this award-nominated musician and songwriter. Following his Opry debut in 2018, he has shared the stage with the likes of Chris Stapleton, Marty Stuart & John Prine and toured extensively throughout the UK, supporting iconic artists such as Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, and Eric Clapton in a string of Hyde Park shows.

Pursuing his solo career has enabled Tim to write and produce an exceptional collection of sparkling modern country tracks which have been released with critical acclaim and supported by the likes of BBC Radio 2’s Bob Harris. Tim’s latest release ‘Until I Do’ featured CMT’s “Next Women of Country” inductee, Stephanie Quayle and was described as “a stunning and poignant piano-led ballad that is Prottey-Jones strongest track to date” (Off the Record UK).

Tim’s brand new single ‘Fire’ is a melancholic, feel good track with an eclectic blend of modern country and crisp pop production that will sit perfectly on any commercial radio playlist. Lyrically, Tim explores the idea of never giving up and that a burning desire is enough to breathe life into a passion that’s been seemingly lost.
