Look out for Lucky Daye.
The first example of this is found in project opener and lead single “Roll Some Mo” which finds Lucky Daye’s vocals up against a myriad of enchanting strings and addictive bass lines.
“My dream would be for other artists to take from [the album] and also do things that are not following the trends,” the crooner tells Rolling Stone. “It was never about fitting in.”
Do yourself a favor and get hip.
