KEIRA MORAN RELEASES NEW SINGLE ‘INVINCIBLE’ ABOUT COMMUNITY AND RESILIENCE

Keira got her start as a singer/songwriter at her 3rd grade piano concert in a Music & Arts store where she debuted her hits “Halloween” and “Chicken Burrito.” Even though these compositions received rave reviews from Keira’s parents and grandparents alike, she is happy to report that her songwriting career has only improved since then. 

Keira was subsequently voted "Favorite Part of First Night Alexandria" and was awarded the 2012 Miss Nova Music Award. In August 2012, Keira wrote the score for the short film "American Financial" which won multiple industry awards. Keira was a finalist in the 2013 "GrammyU Amplifier Center Stage Contest" and she is the winner of the Gannett/WUSA9 "18 in America" Songwriting Contest. In 2019, Keira decided to start fresh and stray from her indie rock roots to release a series of Electropop singles. She released “All the Right Things” in March 2019: a collaboration with Grammy-nominated engineer Tito JustMusic (of Ariana Grande’s “Dangerous Woman”)and Grammy-winning engineer Mike Bozzi (of Childish Gambino’s “This Is America”).Keira’s song “Give It a Try” was mastered by Reuben Cohen whose credits include "Happy" by Pharrell Williams.

During the covid pandemic, Keira turned her focus to writing for synchronization and was awarded song placements in the independent film "Another Girl," the upcoming Amazon Prime series "The One that Got Away," and the upcoming film "Do Not Disturb." She also sings the theme song for the Netflix show "Action Pack."

After her behind-the-scenes successes of the past year, Keira is back in the spotlight with her newest single “INVINCIBLE.” This upbeat pop track promises to lift up anyone in need of inspiration during these challenging times. The song opens:

Only got one heart one mind to make a choice
