CATALAN PIANIST PLAYED AT THE EDINBURGH FRINGE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL 2019

Pianist Ingrid Cusido from Tarrasa offered 5 solo piano recitals between August 1 and August 5 at St. Peter's Church with works by Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms and Granados The Church of St. Peter's Church in Lutton Place,EH8 9PE Edinburgh hosted on 1,2,3,4 and 5 August 2019 solo piano recitals by pianist Ingrid Cusido with works by Mozart Fantasy in D minor , Beethoven Sonata Pastoral, Brahms intermezzos Op.117 number 1,2,3, Goyescas Granados (Complaints oh the maja and the nightingale) and Granados Allegro concerto within the framework of the Edinburgh Fringe International Festival. 
Cusido is a versatile pianist with a very wide repertoire that has been presented in several European countries and also in the American continent both in solo piano recital format and with orchestra. Most of all he has performed in the UK where he has performed in more than 40 cities and towns. In 2002 the Institute of Mexican Culture awarded him Artistic Merit and several Universities have awarded her artistic recognition for his solo piano recitals. 

She has recently been presented at international festivals such as the Cervantino Festival (Mexico), Academia Festival of the University of Guanajuato (Mexico), Festival de Oaxaca (Mexico), and at the All Mozart Festival (Paraguay), Festival of the Arts (USA). He has also performed in venues such as the Philharmony of Kaliningrad Russia and in China, Hong Kong. She has done a recorcing of Various pieces that is available on the main platforms like spotify, itunes, amazon, etc…. 
Cusido in the American Continent has performed in the USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Uruguay, Paraguay and Brazil In Spain Cusido has performed in cities such as Barcelona ,Madrid,Sevilla, Terrassa, Arenys de Munt, Premia de Dalt and Seo de Urgell. She studied at the Terrassa Conservatory where she won the Extraordinary Award of Elementary Degree she was also awarded in the City of Berga Competition. She subsequently continued studies at the Matadepera Music School after moving to London to standardize on the Guildhall school of Music and Drama school of which she is a Licenciate. She has also taken the prestigious course of specialization of Spanish Music taught at the Marshall Academy of Barcelona. Among her teachers are pianists such as Nikolai Demidenko, Tatiana Sarkissova and Joaquin Achucarro.
